Meet Dr. Marnie Bauer
Dr. Marnie C. Bauer, D.M.D., is a Clearwater native with over two decades of experience as a dental practice owner in South Tampa, Bauer Dentistry. Owning four dentistry locations, Dr. Bauer, is a visionary in the realm of comprehensive dental care, seamlessly blending clinical excellence with a holistic, patient-centered approach. The name Deep Roots reflects both her profound connection to the Tampa Bay community, and her commitment to lasting wellness. Dr. Bauer envisioned a space where dentistry, health, and beauty converge. Her dream was to create a transformative, all-encompassing destination where advanced dentistry, wellness, and aesthetic artistry are seamlessly united under one roof to inspire confidence and restore balance in the mind, body, and smile.
Dr. Bauer earned her undergraduate degree from Clemson University and completed her dental education at Nova Southeastern University Dental School. Upon graduation, she completed a General Residency with an emphasis in Oral Surgery at the Hillsborough County Dental Research Clinic. To this day, Dr. Bauer has a commitment to continued education – she is a fellow with the International Congress of Oral Implantology, has completed advanced training at world-renowned institutions like the Dawson Center and the Las Vegas Institute, and recently obtained her Master’s in Dental Sleep Medicine through the American Academy of Dental Sleep Medicine, expanding her expertise in diagnosing and treating sleep apnea and snoring with oral appliance therapy.
With over two decades of experience, Dr. Bauer specializes in cosmetic dentistry, smile makeovers, and full mouth rejuvenation, offering customized treatments that enhance both aesthetics and self-confidence. Her approach integrates oral health, facial aesthetics, and overall wellness, empowering patients through education and thoughtful, personalized care.
Dr. Bauer is also the founder of She Smiles, a philanthropic initiative providing transformational smile makeovers to women in need—reflecting her deep commitment to service, empowerment, and community impact. Recognized as one of the Know Women’s “40 over 40” honorees in 2023, she continues to lead in cosmetic and restorative dentistry, dental sleep medicine, and spa-inspired dental wellness, offering a modern approach to care that prioritizes both beauty and well-being.
